Become Intended Parents
In order to become an Intended Parent, Please see the requirements below and submit your online application if applicable. A consultation is required and we encourage you to contact us prior to filling out your application.
Intended Parents Requirements
- Have recently been referred to a fertility (IVF) clinic or are already a client;
- No criminal history and must be willing to provide a criminal background check if needed;
- Must have basic knowledge of the expenses that may incur throughout the surrogacy and/or egg donor process;
- You and your partner must be willing to undergo any psychological & medical assessments and must be willing to provide your medical histories;
- Have a good support system;
- Willing to travel to lawyer’s offices, fertility clinics, doctor’s office and ultrasound appointments;
- Must be able to inform your employer about the surrogacy in order to take time off for appointments;
- Willing to have invasive medical procedures if recommended;
- Willing to have several bloodwork taken;
